VARIETAL CHARACTERISTICS : The fruit

FRUIT SHAPE: round to conical, slightly elongated.

SKIN COLOUR: an attractive bicoloured apple. Pleasing bright orange red stripe over yellow-green background (changing to yellow when fruits are ready to be picked).

FLESH: cream colour, fine and firm texture, very juicy and sweet. Subtle aromatic quality similar to Gala.

FRUIT SIZE: typically 65 to 75 mm in UK.
